Those we have lostFirefighter Ronnie L. Henderson FDNY Engine 279 Newburgh  Ronnie Henderson served his country and his fellow man throughout his life. He spent 12 years in the U.S. Marines and served in the Vietnam War. He then moved on to the National Guard where he did a tour of duty during the Gulf War. Henderson dedicated his life to saving and helping others as a firefighter in New York City. He fought fires for 22 years. He is survived by his wife, Shirley D. Walker-Henderson.
