Patrick William Danahy
Fiduciary Trust
Yorktown Heights

One month to the day after a terrorist piloted an airplane into the South Tower of the World Trade Center, Patrick Danahy's wife gave birth to their third child. He worked for Fiduciary Trust on the 90th floor. A survivor said later she felt she owed her life to his calm and deliberate instructions to evacuate. He was 35. His parents, Frank and Mary Anne Danahy, lived in Kingston for years before moving to Connecticut. Danahy often visited relatives in Kingston, including his uncle John Dwyer.
