Those we have lostFrancis Feely Marsh & McLennan Scotchtown  Francis "Frank" J. Feely was a good dad. His four daughters, Jennifer, Lauren, Caitlin and Stephanie, were the Brooklyn-born man's pride and joy. Lauren often watched her father get ready for work. When Feely nicked himself shaving, they'd both laugh it off. She recalls he brushed his hair in the same exact way every day. Frank belonged to the Holy Name of Jesus Church in Otisville. He was a vice president at Marsh & McLennan. He is survived by his children, their mother, Lori Nelson Feely, and his parents.
