Those we have lostFirefighter Carl Asaro FDNY Division 3 Scotchtown  Carl
Asaro loved cars, football and kids, especially his own four sons
– Carl Jr., Phillip Andrew, Matthew Louis and Marc Anthony. Family
recall him as a "big kid" who spent time tinkering with
cars or tossing around the pigskin. He belonged to the Screen Actors
Guild and appeared on the HBO hit "The Sopranos." Asaro
was a Grateful Dead fan and attended more than 100 concerts. He attended
St. Paul's Church in Bullville with his wife of 12 years, Heloiza,
and his four sons. The Queens native, a New York City firefighter,
